Avalanche alert in Uttarakhand: Warning issued for high-altitude areas

Avalanche risks loom over the higher altitudes of Uttarakhand for the next 24 hours. Both locals and visitors are urged to steer clear of unnecessary journeys. There's a significant danger level 2 (Yellow) declared in various districts peaking over 2,800m, while Chamoli exceeds level 3 (Orange) above 3,000m.
