What's allowed, what's not as CAQM revokes restrictions under GRAP-3 after air quality in Delhi-NCR improves

GRAP-3 restrictions have been revoked in Delhi-NCR following improvement in air quality, the CAQM said on Thursday, 22 January. Under these curbs, state and central government may decide to roll out staggered working hours for public offices and municipal bodies across different parts of Delhi & NCR
