ICC tightens noose on BCB over T20 World Cup 2026 standoff, gives Bangladesh one more day to reverse stance

The Bangladesh cricket team will be replaced by another team in the T20 World Cup 2026 if the BCB remains firm on their stance of not playing matches in India. BCB had written a letter to the ICC previously, requesting to shift their matches to Sri Lanka.
