Michael Carrick set to be appointed Manchester United manager until end of season

Michael Carrick is set to be named Manchester United manager until the end of the season a little over a week after the club fired Ruben Amorim. The former United midfielder previously had two spells with the club as caretaker manager, in 2018 and 2021 respectively.
