Microsoft outage today: Outlook, Microsoft 365 down for thousands of users; Co. cites N America infrastructure issues

Microsoft users reported widespread service disruptions on Thursday, with Outlook and Microsoft 365 hit hardest as tens of thousands flagged issues on Downdetector. The company said a portion of its North America infrastructure was not processing traffic as expected.
