Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots set for Super Bowl rematch after being crowned conference champions

Seattle Seahawks defeated Los Angeles Rams 31-27 to clinch the NFC Championship while the New England Patriots won the AFC Championship after beating Denver Broncos 10-7 in a blizzard-hit showdown. The two sides had previously faced off in Super Bowl XLIX back in 2015.
